Develop and implement the annual work and their functional areas and prepare team performance report *

HR Policy Formulation Formulating, reviewing and implementation HR Management, Employee development and administrative policies and procedures. *

Recruitment - Ensuring the recruitment and induction of new employees are necessary *

Payroll- Prepare the monthly payroll of all staff salaries and submit the document to the Head of finance for action. *

Administrative terms of conditions of service to enhance staff retention and welfare, whilst firmly dealing with any disciplinary/termination issues in line with unite polices and applicable rules, regulations and legislation *

Ensuring that Job description/terms of reference are regularly update and there is a job description for every new Job created in the society. *

Organizes the half yearly review and Appraisal process and audits to ensure that they are correctly completed *

Develop Annual training plan and conduct the annual needs assessment including budget. *

Manage the full life-cycle of leaves of absence including sick leave and urgent personal leaves, ensuring compliance with SLRCS and Sierra Leone labor regulations *

Leadership: Communications a vision and motivates others towards goals and outcome *

Communication: Express oneself clarly and effectively when speaking and writing *

Team work/ Working Relationships: Ability to work well with others and in a cross-cultural team environment *
