Develop and implement the Annual work plan for their function areas and prepare team performance report *

HR Policy formulation formulating, reviewing and implement HR Management, Employee development and administrative policies and procedures. *

Recruitment- Ensuring the recruitment and induction of new employee as necessary *

Administering Terms and Conditions of service to enhance staff retention and welfare, whilst firmly dealing with any disciplinary/termination issues in line with unite polices and applicable rules, regulations and legislation *

Leadership: Communicates a vision and motivates others towards goals and outcomes *

Communication: Express oneself clearly and effectively when speaking and writing *

Creativity and Innovation: Embrace new approaches when appropriate takes calculated risk and seeks opportunities to improve *
